急招打板师：
1，掌握基本的制版工艺
2、熟悉各类服装面料特性
3、具备基本的服装制图技能
4、掌握人体造型、结构特点，要熟悉行进中人体各个部分之间的尺寸规律
5、能领会服装设计师的基本设计意图
6、熟悉常用的计算机服装设计、制图软件
7、良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力
8、有强烈的事业心，对服装制版工作投入，善于不断学习，努力提高工作技能
服装制版师 工作内容：
1、负责按照设计师的要求完成每件款式的样板制作
2、负责指导样衣工制作样衣
3、负责解决版型与工艺质量问题
4、负责做好生产款式的推档工作
