职位描述：
Key Missions:
? Deliver technical solutions and value for customers in China through application development and technical support by CAE (structural analysis)
? Deliver organic growth in Great China with China commercial team
? Develop the application knowledge in China

Job description:
? Provide support to customers on technical needs:
CAE support through structural analysis to develop new projects and current applications as well
Main software to manipulate is Hyperworks & ANSYS for structural analysis
Provide the solution through the engineering feasibility study and discussion with customers
? Identify and promote applications development for selected customers:
Manage or lead key projects like CHC (Cylinder Head Cover), AIM (Air Intake Manifold), metal replacement projects, etc
? Support the programs involving specific teams / competencies if necessary (part testing, marketing)
? Keep regular contact with selected strategic customers to capture opportunities and reinforce image/reputation

Requirements:
? Bachelor above degree on mechanics or equivalent fields
? 1 to 3 years of CAE work experience in related industries such as Automotive, EE and CIG
? Well manipulation of CAE tools, especially Hyperworks, ANSYS
? Good knowledge of materials such as plastics, steel, composites, etc
? Ability to demonstrate / make a presentation or report to customers with confidence
? Ability to develop new procedures to correlate CAE and actual test results
? English communication skill
? Team cooperation spirit
