Managing and controlling the profitable development of dealers within Sales Region(s), in relation to
used vehicle sale metrics & ensuring the Approved Pre-owned Vehicle Programme standards are
adhered to.
管理和控制销售区域内经销商的业务发展,包括二手车销售指标,及确保认证二手车计划标准得以遵守。
Escalation of concerns, customer complaints and/or any aspect deemed to detrimental to the processes,
practices, and products.
对于客户投诉及/或任何被视为不利于过程、实践和产品的方面进行持续关注并逐级上报。

Key Responsibilities 关键职责
1. Programme roll-out on dealer network
在经销商网络中推广认证二手车项目计划
? Support to implement approved pre-owned programme roll-out execution plan.
? 协助实施认证二手车项目推广执行计划。
? Guide dealers' preparations for pre-owned business launch e.g. pre-owned team recruitment, operational
process set-up, vehicle preparation…
? 指导经销商开展二手车业务的准备工作,如团队招聘,操作流程建立,车辆配备及展示等。
? Travel as necessary to potential/applicant pre-owned dealers for programme introduction, convincing and
follow-up.
? 需出差,为潜在的/已申请的经销商做项目介绍、达成项目签约及后续跟进。
2. Dealer Pre-owned Business Management
经销商二手车业务管理
? Travel as necessary to guide regional dealers for business operation, onsite consultation, further
accelerate the knowledge transfer and implementation of approved pre-owned standard& process and
trade-in business.
? 需出差,指导区域经销商的业务操作、现场咨询、进一步加快经销商对二手车知识的认知,及实现认证二
手车标准、流程和以旧换新业务。
? Understanding and making diagnosis of dealers when they confront actual challenges and difficulties on
business operation, behave as “Hub and spoke” structure with all departments, partners and agencies,
providing solution and consultation to dealers.
? 了解和诊断经销商在业务运作中遇到的现实挑战和困难,以“中心辐射”的结构与所有部门,合作伙伴和
机构协作,为经销商提供解决方案和咨询服务。
? Define business targets of dealers, keep tracking and evaluate dealer performance, generate and monitor
dealers to implement action plans for performance improvement with necessary follow up and on-going
support.
? 制定经销商业务目标,持续跟踪和评估经销商的表现,编制及监督经销商实施行动计划以改进其业绩,并
给予持续的支持。
? Periodical dealer visits to make sure dealer’s pre-owned business in compliance with the defined process
and standard and support dealers to achieve key KPIs.
? 定期拜访经销商,以确保其二手车业务遵循既定的流程、标准,并协助经销商达成关键KPI。
? Guide and monitor dealer pre-owned marketing activities including pre-owned event, marketing campaign
and on-line marketing activities. Ensure pre-owned dealer marketing meet standard.
? 指导并监督经销商开展二手车市场活动,包括线上/线下营销活动,确保其符合标准。
? Track the local information & trends of industry, competition and market environment for decision making
on regional strategy and tactics making.
? 跟踪当地市场信息和行业趋势,竞争和市场环境,为区域战略和战术的决策提供支持。
3. Dealer Performance Improvement
经销商业绩表现改进
? Guide and review dealers’ pre-owned report, KPI and audit result, make action plans accordingly.
? 指导并审核经销商的二手车报告、KPI和审计结果,制定相应的行动计划。
? Analysis of dealer metrics Identification and recommendation of best practice.
? 分析经销商业绩指标设定并给予***的实践建议。

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a plus

Qualifications & Experience 资格及经验
? Good general education – degree/equivalent and/or relevant career experience
? 本科及以上学历,具有相关工作经验
? Driving licence (full and clean is desirable)
? 持有驾照(需完整、清晰)
? Minimum of 3-6 years in a field sales role would be advantageous
? 至少3-6年一线销售经验
? Ability to demonstrate a proactive, professional and customer focused approach to managing existing
customers

? Experience of preparing presentations and presenting to a senior level audience

? Good understanding of the Motor Industry and/or Dealer knowledge

? High level of computer literacy/IT skills, including the ability to effectively use MS Office Packages (i.e.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

? Ability to work within a small team environment, managing high workload and supporting the work of other
team members
