职位描述：
Purpose of position:

1. Take responsibilities of supplier management.Manage assigned suppliers to make sure uninterrupted supply with competitive costs and fulfil the requirements of Hilti policies, quality standards, guidelines and relative processes.
2. Support and cooperate with team leader to define and update material group sourcing strategy.
3. Leading and support supplier development.

Core Accountabilities:

1. Lead and support new projects, re-location and global sourcing projects, take responsibility to ensure proper planning, procurement and management of product. Review and clarify details internally with local and EU design, project team and align with supplier.
2. Achieve company targets of cost reduction, OTD, PPM and improve the Company profitability via negotiations, value analysis activities.
3. Review supplier base according to project requirements and take responsibility to develop new suppliers who can fulfil Hilti needs.(e.g. conduct market surveys/benchmark reviews, contact suppliers to determine capability/capacity to meet new requirements, liaise with industry contacts)
4. Conduct a comprehensive technical review (from raw materials to finished products) with potential supplier and analyse capability and quotation, support management team to make final supplier decision.
5. Take responsibility for supplier contract and administrative activities.
6. Support to develop strategy for different material group.
7. Lead supplier relative activities to ensure fulfilment (e.g., collect and review data on suppliers, analyze and monitor variances, review supplier progress against project milestones, undertake preventive problem-solving measures, etc.)
8. Work according to SCM1.1, SCM1.2 which are Hilti internal process for strategic, tactical and supply.
9. Ensure the Hilti business to avoid corruption


Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

1. University graduate with more than 8 years working experience and 5 years in sourcing and supplier management;
2. Be familiar with Machining, Casting, Gear and Powder Metal technology;
3. Proficiency English and Mandarin communication
4. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
5. Experience in supply project management.
6. Previous experience to present to a large group of people at varying levels;
