Responsibilities 职责
The Claim Specialist’s main responsibility is to ensure all claims are properly handled with clear understanding of technical causes and justified by logical representations from the dealer and the customer about issue description, repair history, maintenance records, etc.
索赔专员的主要职责是用充分掌握的技术条款确保所有来自经销商和客户的问题描述、维修历史、保养记录等的索赔得到正确处理,并判断是否符合逻辑。
? Work with Claims Administrator to make sure all information, facts, questions are properly collected, recorded, documented and communicated for each and every claim
同索赔行政专员协作工作,确保正确收集、记录、证明和沟通每件索赔的所有信息、真相和需要讨论的问题。
? Always use critical thinking to drive for a logical reasoning and conclusion that is acceptable for all parties
用思辨来给出各方都能接受的合理原因和结论。
? Ensure all telephone, fax and system claims are processed proactively and efficiently within the specified limits of authority and in line with company policy and any relevant KPIs
在指定权限内,主动、高效地处理所有电话、传真和系统索赔,确保索赔处理符合公司政策和任何与之相关的关键绩效指标。
? Maintain a high quality dialogue with claimants / dealers about information requirements, status with an aim to solve customer problems while at the same time strictly abide by claims principle and policies
以解决客户问题作为目标,与索赔人/经销商就信息需求、状况保持高质量的沟通,同时严格遵守索赔原则和政策。
? To engage and manage external loss adjusting companies / partners to complete inspection requirements according to service standards
根据服务标准,参与到和管理公司/合作伙伴的外部损失的调整,来完成检验要求。
