Job Title: Management Trainee – Project Management

Business Group: Hella Global Electronics

Location: Shanghai Chuansha

Potential Career Path: Project Manager

Job Description

1. Implement projects in the product development involving allrequired multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements

2. Harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the formof defined project descriptions.

3. Be responsible for the agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs andtiming, with the client using existingmethods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.

4. Plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team memberstaking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the workpackages.

5. Assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients andspecial departments to be involved.

6. Make the project controlling in the form of reviews (final and intermediatereports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadlinetargets.

7. Make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project (operating equipment,investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing byarrangement with the superior.

Job Requirement

1. Graduatein Engineering related majors

2. Goodat written and verbal English

3. Knowledgein the area of automotive industry

4. MasterDegree or above

5. Mobilityto work in Shanghai & Nanjing & Jiaxing in future
