职位描述：
Summarized Description of the main activities, duties, responsibilities, competences
Be responsible for the cutting-edge optical OSA (BOSA) product technical activities of BOM, preformance, test requirements and reliabilty during R&D phases (concept,EVT and DVT). Corporate proactively with technical leader, PM, mechanical/optical/RF designers, process, test, reliablity teams to solve the issues and move the project forward smoothly to meet the schedule target.Cooperate with NPI team transfer product from design to production during DVT phase, and support NPI&ME for MVT phase.
Responsibilities：
1、Identify, define, and execute test cases;Write test requirments.Define tester GR&R and corelation parameters for tester qaulification.
2、Create and maintain BOM.Track new product portotype/alpha/beta building, work with process and test team for analysising test results, identify root cause, and actively make sound recommendations to resolve issues
3、Prepare reliablity qual plan and work with reliablity team for the qual test,qual data analysis.
4、Cooperate with process and teat team for process flow optimzation, test method optimization,test time reduction,HPU reduction and yield improvement during prduct EVT and DVT.Collect and summarize the technical data for the EVT,DVT exit review.
5、Cooperate with NPI team transfer product from design to production during DVT phase, and support NPI&ME for MVT phase.
Qualifications：
1、BS or MS(3 yrs experience) with major in Optical, Communication, Physics or equivalent field.
2、Hands on lab debugging/measuring skills using optical test equipments etc.
3、Must be self-motivated, effective team player able to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.
4、Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
5、Experience with transiever or optical communication systems is a plus
6、Willingness to travel abroad(USA or other countries) periodically 举报 分享
