职位描述：

1. 负责新产品开发的工艺方案的设计及有关技术文件的编制、首次工时定额的制定；并对其合理性、可靠性、经济性负责；Develop process scheme for the development of new products, draw up related technical documents, and formulate the norm of initial working hours; be responsible for the reasonableness, reliability and economical efficiency of them;
2. 负责提出有关产品项目的工装明细表、工装设计任务书，参加工装验证工作；Develop the spreadsheet of fixtures for related products and the task instruction of fixture design, take part in fixture verification;
3. 参加工艺验证工作, 参加产品结构工艺性审查；Take part in the verification of process as well as the process assessment on the structure of products;
4. 负责现有产品的工艺改进；Improve process for existing products;
5. 负责生产过程中的技术支持；Provide with technical support for manufacturing;
6. 参加技术攻关；Take part in activities for technical breakthrough;
7. 按时、保质完成本职范围内的工作。Complete own work on time with good quality.

岗位要求：

本科以上学历，机械制造工艺及设备专业，从事机制工艺工作3年以上，熟悉大型结构零件、防爆壳体或齿轮零件的加工工艺，熟悉金属材料及热处理。
Bachelor degree at least, majoring in machinery manufacturing, more than 3 years experiences of welding process, be familiar with the machining process of large fabs and FLP cases; be familiar with metallic materials and heat treatment.
