职位描述：
Responsibility:
1) Lead, supervise and manage the Accounts Payable Team to perform daily AP work and duties in a timely and accurate manner;
2) Review payment documents prepared by purchase and AP accountants,work closely with Treasury Team to set up bank payment instructions and actively plan and co-ordinate monthly payment schedules;
3) Perform AP invoice bookings, journal bookings, transaction clearance into SAP system;
4) Assist in oversea no-trade payment applications through tax bureaux, government authorities and banking authorities;
5) Ensure monthly,quarterly and yearly closing of AP modules properly and timely done without error;
6) Deliver high quality AP report on monthly basis;
7) Be responsible for the internal and external audit of AP function;
8) Motivates and appraises the performance of AP team;
9) Support the supervisor in process optimization & team capacity build-up;
10) Ac-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
? 5 - 8 years working experiences in Finance and Accounting Function;
? At least 2 years team mentoring or supervising experience;
? Be familiar with the whole ACCOUNT PAYABLE process;
? Be familiar with SAP system;
? Working experience in multi-national company;
? Accounting share service Center(ASSC) working experience preferred.
