一、Job Content 主要工作内容
? Be responsible for TG & S, FG & S, ICT, PD and other assigned indirect purchasing. 负责非生产性物资及服务的采购；
? Sourcing and business negotiation according to the company policy & process根据公司政策及流程寻找合适的供应商及进行商务谈判；
? Order release and ensure on time delivery. 下达采购订单并确保按期交付；
? Proactively identify and improve supply condition together with relevant functions to optimize the Total Cost of Ownership. 主动识别并改善供应条件，优化采购成本；
? Set up purchasing strategy. Plan and achieve the saving target. 制定采购策略，计划并实现节约目标；
? Act upon registered non conformities and provide timely feedback. 对不符合项及时采取行动并反馈；
? Vendor management for continued performance improvement. 供应商管理，不断改善供应商业绩。
二、Required Knowledge and Experience 技能和要求
- Bachelor degree in business or chemical equipment related 本科或以上，商务或化工设备相关专业
- More than 5 years sourcing experience in indirect 5年以上间接物料和服务的采购经验
- Be familiar with SAP-PtP 熟悉SAP中采购到付款模块的使用
- Working experience in chemical industry is preferred化工行业工作背景优先
- Strong team work spirit and communication skill较强的团队合作精神及沟通技巧
- Customer orientation, quick & efficient response 客户为导向，快速响应客户的需求
- English communication by oral and in writing 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
