职位描述：
岗位职责：
◆ Develop real-time control software which will Control multi-million-dollar precision machines;
      负责开发用于控制价值数千万人民币的精密仪器的软件系统;
◆ Design and implement C++ module ;
      负责C++模块的设计和实施;
◆ Be responsible for the maintenance of the software system, including problem shooting of the software system.
      负责软件系统的维护包括客户现场的软件系统故障的分析和排除.

任职资格：
◆ Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent;
      计算机或相关专业大学本科以上;
◆ At least 2 years industry experience in C++ programming skills;
      2年以上C++编程经验;
◆ Deep understanding of designing modular and object-oriented applications, be familiar with COM/ATL;
      熟悉COM/ATL编程;
◆ Be familiar with TCP/IP programming, XML file format and related XML file reading and writing components ;
      熟悉TCP/IP编程，XML文件格式以及读写的构件;
◆ Experience in serial communication programming (RS232, 485) is preferrable, experience with Finite State Machine is also a plus;
      有串口编程经验或FSM经验者优先考虑;
◆ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
      精通故障排除及程序调整;
◆ Ability to work directly with QA and Product Marketing teams;
      能直接与QA及产品营销团队合作;
◆ Excellent communication skills, both English and Chinese;
      良好的中英文交流能力;
◆ Willingness to learn and to teach.
