职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1.Take leadership of the HPI business from operation side;
  提供工厂HPI业务产品支持；
2.Be the contact window between the plant and the customers for the NPI technique support、 quality issues , delivery ,etc ;
  作为工厂和客户之间的联络窗口，负责产品的技术支持、质量问题、交货情况处理；
3.Provide the plant capacity information to Sales in accordance to customers’ specifications & industrial standards;
  向销售人员提供工厂产能，以确保符合客户特殊要求及产品标准；
4.Provide the necessary information to purchasing to select and maintain the qualified suppliers, also the material forecast in accordance with customers need;
  提供必要的信息给采购部门，一边挑选有资质的采购供应商，并能做好符合客户要求的原料预算；
5.Prepare the quotation based on process evaluation, sample tooling and label process design;
  负责产品报价流程评估、产品打样及产品流程设计；
6.Coordinate the FA reports to ensure that the new products fulfill customer requirements;
  协助完成FA报告，确保产品完全符合客户要求；
7.New product prove-in, printing、design tooling and process of mass production, and solved related technical problem;
  在新产品认证过程、印刷工艺、模具设计及批量生产过程，解决相关的技术问题；
8.After the project prove-in, must lead relevant department and make sure the preparing work for the mass-production;
  项目得到客户的批准后，主持项目量产会，确保项目相关部门完成量产准备，妥善进行量产；
9.Provide support to production with particular emphasis on the NPI aspects;
  在NPI产品方面提供特别支持；
10.To perform improvement programs to achieve or exceed desired project yields levels;
  持续改进，以达到或超过量产；
11.To response the complain from customer and take appropriate actions;
  对客户的抱怨作出回应并采取适当的行动；
12.Understand color theory& quality tools knowledge;
  了解色彩理论与质量工具知识；
13.Other tasks may assigned.
  其他被分配的工作。
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities理想的知识、技能和能力:
1.Bachelor’s degree本科及以上学历
2.Mechanical, printing, label material or related major机械或印刷及标签材料相关专业
3.标签行业3年以上工作经验，熟悉柔印、凸印、丝印印刷及标签模切加工工艺。
At least three years experience in label industry, familiar with flexo printing, press printing, silk screen printing and die cutting process.
4.Familiar with Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Project control, ISO9000 , DOE , FEMA , PMP experience is prefer.
 熟练使用Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Project control，熟悉DOE , FEMA , PMP体系更佳
5.Fluent in written, listening and spoken English.
