职位描述：
一、综述
1、本岗位负责：对贷款逾期客户进行电话提醒、督促；
2、岗位薪资：平均8k-13k，有绩效奖金，具体薪资视个人能力而定；
3、P2P借贷平台，已获三轮共十几亿融资，正在进行上市规划；
4、公司高速发展，正在进行上市规划；新人机会多，公司只看能力不讲关系，加入的人都说氛围比想的还好！
二、岗位职责
1、自动外呼，电话提醒、督促并引导贷款逾期客户（4天以上）及时还款；
2、致电来电咨询客户，告知还款金额、还款方式、还款时间等准备信息；
3、及时记录并完善客户信息。
三、岗位要求
1、学历：大专及以上学历，接受有催收意向的应届生；
2、能力：口齿清晰，普通话标准，具有良好的语言表达和沟通能力，熟练操作电脑；
3、意愿：愿意从事电话沟通工作。
