职位描述：
1.负责公司薪资、社保公积金的计算、发放、缴纳等相关事宜；及时跟进国家及地方社保以及公积金政策与法规变化，协助建立企业劳动保障体系；
2.建立薪酬调查数据库，统计、分析薪酬数据，进行企业人力成本的核算与预测，协助上级主管定期提供分析报告；
3.负责完成公司年度薪酬福利预算制定，以及日常预实差异分析工作；
4.协助负责公司绩效目标收集与审批、绩效评估以及绩效结果应用相关辅助工作；
5.负责员工劳动合同的签订和劳动档案的管理，以及员工录用退工等相关工作；
6.执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和规章制度的实施，配合其他部门做好薪酬发放、绩效管理相关制度与流程的宣导与解释工作；

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、劳动保障、市场营销专业优先考虑；
2.1年以上薪资福利模块相关工作经验；
3.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
4.具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
5.工作积极主动，富有激情，具有良好的服务意识，对数字较为敏感；
6.熟练使用相关办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT)。 举报 分享
