职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
A) Financial
- input data into Mplus in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor departmental KPI’s to help ensure appropriate actions are taken to meet budget and targets.
B) Supply Base
- follow up production and sample status with factories
- visit suppliers for regular meeting, follow up and ensure production into and meet critical path
- develop and track vendor KPI’s
- track and check production status / details to ensure goods are despatched on time
C) Operational excellence
- follow agreed processes in relation to input and update of Mplus data
- Monitor and identify issues related to Critical Path Management and report accordingly.
- Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.
D) Product & Market
- forward shipment and sample information to the assistant buying and merchandising teams
- Assist in negotiation and resolution of any claims placed against suppliers.


Requirement:
- Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in the sourcing/manufacturing industry
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Good communication and organization and skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work well on their own and within a team
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word & Excel) with good PC knowledge
