职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.完善和执行公司各项财务制度和流程，保障公司财务状况良性运转。
Setting up and implementing the company's financial rule and process,and ensuring about the company's finanical status benign operation.
2、负责审核财务会计活动的合法性、合理性、真实性和正确性，确保会计核算资料真实可靠；
To be sure about the accounting activitie's legitimacy, rationality, authenticity and correctness,to ensure that the accounting data is true and reliable;
3、负责组织公司财务核算与分析，向总经理提供资金运用建议；
Responsible for the organization of the company's financial accounting and analysis, making proposal for the use of funds;

4、负责审核记帐凭证及记帐凭证汇总表，并向公司总经理汇报经营状况、经营成果、财务收支及计划的具体情况；
Responsible for the audit of accounting documents and accounting vouchers summary, and report to the GM about the company's operating conditions, operating results, financial revenue and expenditure and the specific circumstances of the plan.
5、准确掌握销售人员的收、付款情况，确保公司资金的正常运转，降低公司财务风险；
Accurately grasp the sales staff's income, payment, to ensure the normal operation of the company's funds, reduce the company's financial risk;
6,负责和组织公司各项税务申报，至少两年以上一般纳税人增值税申报和出口退税经验。
Be responsible for and organize the company's tax declaration

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科学历，财务专业，同岗位3年以上工作经验
Bachelor degree above, Finanial major,at least 3 years working experience
2、熟悉了解电子行业
Be familiar with the electrical industry
3、对信用证、授信及银行业务等比较熟悉
Familiar with the credit and banking business
4、至少两年以上一般纳税人增值税申报和出口退税经验
At least two years above the general VAT declaration and export tax rebate experience
5、有中国及美国注册会计师资格者优先
