岗位职责
1.带领Telemarketing团队根据公司营销模式及要求对客户进行电话开发、产品介绍及推广工作。
2.熟练掌握电话销售技巧,了解客户需求,对目标客户群体进行跟进、维护等,按时完成公司下达的通话指标。
3.带领团队跟进从展会、路演等各个渠道获得的潜在客户信息,进行资质核定,并进一步挖掘以生成销售。
4.将客户信息及联络报告等准确录入系统,并监控团队成员所录入数据的准确性。
5.参加公司组织的各类产品培训,并通过测试,以为客户提供完备的信息支持。
6.讲究团队合作精神,做好与各部门的协调和沟通工作,保持工作与各部门的顺畅衔接。
7.提供相关数据分析报告。
8.发展团队技能,优化团队内部流程。
9.完成团队经理或主管安排的其他任务。

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历,电子类相关专业毕业优先。
2、相关电话销售相关工作经验三年以上,并带领团队至少一年以上。
3、热爱销售事业,工作稳重、踏实有责任心。
4、能够读写英文邮件。

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Make initial contact with specified customers and introduce Balluff Products and services by outbound call.
2. Qualify leads, prospect the sales territory contact/qualify, prepare quotes for customers and close deals.
3. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows and training initatives etc.
4. Target oriented with strong follow up of customer need.
5. Proven track record of sales quota accomplishment and over achievement.
6. Review generated BW, CRM, and SAP reports daily for potential or lost opportunities and communicate with sales team.
7. Leading telesales team to keep consistent business growth by monthly.
8. Monitor telesales team's activities and do daily drum beat action.
9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending product training sessions with Tech and Application support.
10. Finish the assigned tasks and report to manager on time, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues.

Skills, Know How and experience:
1. Bachelor or above. (Major in marketing /Electronics preferred)
2. At least 3 years relative working experience, experience in Sales is preferable.
3. Excellent communication and phone skill.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Provocative, persuasive and aggressive.
