Job summary
- Manage overall marketing plans to in line with integrated marketing strategy
- overview market trend and brand performance
- Oversee and harmonize cross functional initiative to increase brand awareness and sales
- Review and Analyze Product performance
- Motivate and develop team members to produce the best competency
- Fluent communication with related department in HQ / related Agencies and Brand partners

Job Description
? Setting brand objectives + strategy aligned with HQ guideline. Executing all brand activity
? Planning marketing calendar according to product availability.
? Organize / execute marketing campaign to deliver brand / product message
? Planning and managing product launch campaigns to succeed to gain market share and sales increase in 360 degree aspect such as AD, PR, Promotion, CRM, Event, VM, etc.
? Monitoring and analyzing market environment + trend thru competitor analysis as well as reviewing internal performance qualitatively, quantitatively.
? Analyzing sales result by channel, by product and reporting to HQ regularly. / Monitoring and analyzing internal/external competitor activities regularly.
? Managing marketing budget
? Managing all communication channel + tools (AD, digital, PR in on/offline channel)
? Managing official SNS account to recruit/maintain fans. Planned /executed online ADs and WOM activities (influencer activities, SNS viral, Wanghong etc.)

? Language skills: Fluent in English, Native in Chinese
? Work experience : more than 10 yr, (international cosmetic brand experience preferred)
