具体的职责和任务：EssentialDuties & Responsibilities
·顾客到达门店时，向他们友好的问候。Greet the customer upon arrival.
·向个人提供菜单并回答有关菜单的问题。Provide menu and answer customers’ questions regarding menu items.
·告知顾客例菜或每日精选。Inform customersof regular deals or daily specials.
·尝试促销产品以及提供附加的信息。Attempt to up-sell deals and provide add-on information.
·根据Rachel’s的政策和程序准备及食品包装。Prepare and pack food according toRachel’s policies and procedures.
·确保所有出品食物的质量和数量。Ensure the quality and quantity of food items packed or served.
·确保所有打包的食品和饮料无溢出问题。Ensure that all food and drinks are packed appropriately without spillissues.
·为在店食的顾客提供餐具。Set up trays fordine-in customers.
·包装顾客的订单并递交于顾客手中。Pack customer’s orders an hand them to the customers.
·传达顾客的订单至厨房并帮助准备订单。Relay customer’s orders to the kitchen and help prepare the order.
·欢送离店的客人Bid customers with a farewell greeting.
·负责收货并将食品转移到指定区域。Receiveinventory and move food products to designated areas.
·确保所有食品符合包装程序。Ensure that all the food wrapping procedures.
·确保所有供应品充足。Ensure thatthere is enough supplies available.
·在食品断货前进行采购补给。Order foodsupplies before they run low.
·完成供给物从店铺至厨房的搬运工作。Manage transfers of supplies from the store to the kitchen.
·清洁并消毒客座区，厨房和柜台。Clean and sanitize customer sitting areas, kitchen and counters.
·操作现金登记并在每个轮班结束前进行现金与收据的核实。Operate cash registers and tally cash with receipts at the end of eachshift.
·在所有时间段确保所有厨房设备的清洁。Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained at all times
·执行上级分派的其他任务和职责。Performother duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.


岗位要求：Job Requirements：
·要求有餐饮行业工作的相关经验。Previousexperience of working in the food & beverage service required.
·先前具有基本的顾客关怀经验。Previous customercare experience essential
·Knowledgeof basic arithmetic
·熟练的沟通与良好的人际交往能力。Excellent in communication andinterpersonal skill
·优秀的英文和国语能力。Excellent level in English and Mandarin
