职位描述：
职责内容：
1. 客房情况，推广活动，整个酒店的设施设备及服务。
2. 与预订人员沟通销售战略，促销活动及其它酒店活动。
3. 每日在电脑中查看预计抵达客人报表。
4. 跟催当月抵达团队名单。
5. 确保有人跟进佣金事宜。
6. 控制价格结构，例如：过截止时间后，或超过已定配额时有权打开或关闭价格系统。
7. 打印每月售房报表，并负责分发给相关人员。
8. 在预订客人到达之前，确保全面检查所有的预订。
9. 在价格战略的基础上，控制房间的销售以增加收入。
10. 在需要的情况下，在系统里建立价格计划。
11. 不断的更新预订手册。
12. 实施房间储备控制和销售战略。
13. 管理团队预订活动。
14. 在酒店房间紧张的情况下，查阅所有的预计抵达报表，以最大限度避免意外的“洗房”和订房取消。
15. 监督电话的接听，以最大限度地抓住机会上升销售。
16. 如果需要，帮助任何其他员工提高工作表现以使客人满意。
17. 完成 直接上级交代的其他任务。
18. 遵守酒店的员工守则。
19. 遵守酒店的政策及程序。
20. 不断分析、评估、提高个人表现。 举报 分享
