Purpose of the role
The post holder is based in Bluecom’s offices throughout Asia with expectation of business trip within Asia region depending on project needs. He or she is responsible for coming up with feasible e-commerce solution for customers at discovery phase

Main responsibilities
Manage discovery phase with Project Stakeholders to:
Play a key role in presales phrase to understand customer activity, business and process and help customer to define their business needs and objectives.
Work closely with different customers to advice customers on the best practice related to e-commerce solutions at customer workshops.
Propose feasible e commerce solutions to customers according to their various needs, and produce feasible conceptual solution architecture
Understand the e commerce solutions’ ability and limitation to help customer refine their requirements according to technical complexity.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes
Make sure the project objectives are clearly define and realistic, and communicated to the internal team

Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in designing e commerce solutions including 3rd party system integrations
Experience in Magento, Demandware or Hybris e-commerce solution design
Educational background as Computer Science Engineer
Very good understanding of the e commerce business processes (product and inventory management, order and logistics flows)
Fluent in English, able to handle customer workshops in English environment
Strong communication skills to drive customer workshops, understand their requirements
Strong strategic analysis skills to comp up with best solution for customers
Good at influencing people when it comes to proposing e-commerce solution according to their needs
Strong customer relationship skills to work with different customers with various needs to meet high satisfaction
Prepared to relocate from place to place in Asia and travel on regular basis 举报 分享
