职位描述：
1、常用加工中心的操作，调整和维护，阅读加工中心各类报警信息， 处理一般的报警故障。
2.看懂复杂的零件图和部件装配图。
3. 使用常用刀具，并能够修磨各种非标准刀具。
4.根据工件及工艺技术要求，确定工艺路线，并进行试切、修改及加工。
5.钳工、铣工和镗工的基本操作技能。
6.利用加工中心专用刀具和组合夹具或自制夹具进行工件的原点设置，加工零件。
7.刀具的试调及其参数的输入和修正的基本操作方法。
8.基本加工程序的输入、输出以及工件参数输入、修改等项目的基本操作。
9.分析加工工件不合格或产生废品的原因。
10. 正确执行加工中心安全操作规范，能达到设备二级管理
11. 完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1、中技以上学历，3年以上CNC加工经验，熟悉机械加工工艺；
2、手动或电脑编程熟练；
3、能正确装夹工件，并制订合理的加工工艺；
4、读图能力强，有非标单件加工经验者优先。 举报 分享
