Daily Bank matters including foreign currency declaration
Enter the E-Bank Transactions as initial operator
Post Sales invoices in ERP system and Open Local VAT invoices
Check Tax bills and Duty from Custom house
Check and enter reimbursement report from Beijing sales department
Run AR aging report and Collect payments from customers, and send AR statement or reconciliation to intercompany monthly
Manage fixed assets including adding, disposal and depreciations
Be responsible for VAT output and reconcile to Tax report.
Maintain local Yong You system
Keep and document Monthly Closing Procedure (CPX) for Bank, AR,
Other duty assigned by Finance Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in accounting for finance management, 5 years related experiences on AR, accounting, and foreign exchange management
Prefer to have working experience with Multinational Company
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Competent in reading, writing and speaking English.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Good knowledge and skill of using MS software is required ( Excel; word, PPT etc)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
A good team player
Strong willingness on self-improvement
High learning agility
Have continue improvement mindset
Good time/task management skill
