职位描述：
1、同计划人员协调，确定生产和客户交付的对应关系，并根据客户特殊要求（包装／标签／单证）安排落实（包括非标标签的样板制作）。
2、根据销售区域和客户的不同需要，制作对应产地证和其他所需资料。
3、根据客户经理给出的形式发票、海运/空运委托书和进仓单，及时安排货物进仓和制作相应报关资料。
4、根据计划的船期和商务部门的需求，确定交单时间，并在交单时限内整理单证资料提供给客户经理确认，并最终交付。
5、配合财务部门做好开具外销发票和办理退税所需资料
6、每票外销出口信息需记录下来并对出口资料完整的存档,以备政府部门检查及内部查询.
7、办理商检局、海关、贸促会、电子口岸IC卡的年审、企业注册信息变更及新产品型号进出口注册。
8、管理第三方物流供应商，包括日常运营和服务管理，以及服务质量跟踪，特殊问题处理和协调，以及建议物流供应商合同的签订。
9、管理货运保险供应商，落实日常所有需要的货运保险覆盖（包括协调禁运国的保险落实），并提供必要的协调给客户经理。
10、每月对第三方物流供应商费用做好相应预算并提供给财务,并对其开具的发票进行逐票核对和费用审批.
