1.负责主材年度预算的合理准确
2.负责主材采购工作计划落实，支持供应链部门业务计划
3.确保达成经营指标并完成所属品类的采购分析，助力绩效管理，推动业绩改善
4.确保供方市场分析有效支持战略采购策略，确保采购策略有效支撑采购活动
5.确保供应商开发，管理有效支撑低成本高质量的物料供应
6.建立所属品类完整的供应渠道并与供应商渠道，控制和预防采购风险
7.优化的主材采购相关关键制度、流程、表单，确保明晰高效
岗位要求：
1.8年以上采购经验，3年以上主管经验，3年以上大宗金属采购经验，年采购额不低于2亿人民币，有钢材采购经验者优先
2.善于沟通，有强势供应商谈判的经验，精通商务谈判
3.抗压能力强，可在高压的环境下工作，性格开朗乐观
