Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Report to：Technical manager
Responsibilities:
1. Provides pre-sale technical services on China basis, to customers and prospects in order to optimize their manufacturing processes utilizing CheckSum products. Based on the ICT/MultiWriter/FCT test requirements, determine the appropriate test strategy, including the required test methods, hardware, and software.
2. Use CheckSum software to make and modify test programs which fully indicate CheckSum test capability and specification.
3. In charge of CheckSum systems and fixtures installation, debugging, training, and maintenance.
4. Basic repair for CheckSum cards/boards.
5. Inventory records and management.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in ICT/FCT, including fixture experience, knowing SMT process.
3. Operate measure instruments including multimeter and oscilloscope.
4. Good at Office software.
5. Perform the work logically by following plan, team work-orientated.
6. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, Oral and written

3.具有数字电路原理分析能力，会使用示波器，万用表等常用测量仪器；
3. 对技术支持工作有高度的热情，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳；能有效合理安排时间，具有计划性，针对性，逻辑性，具有团队合作意识；
4.普通话标准流利，有良好的表达技巧，英语四级或以上，读写熟练，能进行基本的交流；熟练使用Office办公软件；
5.能接受出差
