职位描述：

1.      Engage and influence Product Management to specify the best product within engineering constraints;
2.      Collaborate with different teams, involved in the entire life cycle from prototype, design and implementation of a performance-oriented, scalable and maintainable Telenav Content data platform and cloud services to improve Telenav infrastructure;
3.      Drive excellence and task delivery by leveraging agile methodology with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on schedule;
4.      Code daily using excellent coding habits, produce quality design documents, disciplined unit/integration testing and cultish commitment to code and process quality;

1.      参与产品开发管理过程，为创建best product提供专业的建议，
2.      团队合作，与同事一起参与产品开发的整个生命周期。包括: 原型，设计，实现。开发出高性能，可扩展，易于维护的数据处理平台和搜索服务。
3.      使用敏捷开发方式，协调本地及美国团体，推动产品高质量按时交付。
4.      编写高质量的代码，设计文档，单元测试

职位要求/Requirement:
1.      Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computers Science or related field;
2.      Extensive software design and hands-on development skills/experience in J2SE/J2EE with a track record of shipping multiple releases (>7 years);
3.      Expert knowledge in Java, Hadoop/Spark, PostgreSQL/MySQL and Linux. Solid knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: mass data processing, Lucerne/Solr, data mining, SOA sand Web development;
4.      Good communication skills, both written and oral English;
5.      Superior disciplined coding skills – Java expert level, ability to produce production ready code with minimal supervision;
6.      Outstanding analytical and trouble shooting skills. Quick-learning, self-motivated, and a no-whining attitude;
7.      Experience with PM & PJM role is a plus.
8.      Experience with GIS tool, like QGIS, ArcGIS is a plus;
9.      Experience with database like MySql/Sqlite/… is a plus;
10.  Experience with Lucence/Solr/(other search platform) is a plus;
11.  Experience of AWS, Ali cloud is a plus;
12.  Experience of using script language such as python, shell is a plus;


1.      计算机及相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2.      7年以上J2SE/J2EE软件设计开发经验
3.      熟练掌握Java, 以及至少掌握以下2种知识技能：大数据处理，数据挖掘，Lucene/Solr(或其他搜索引擎), SOA, Web开发。
4.      具有良好的沟通能力，包括书面英语及口语。
5.      具有良好的代码开发风格习惯。
6.      具有很强的分析和解决问题能力。
7.      如果具有产品经理或项目经理相关经验优先考虑。
8.      如果具有GIS 工具(QGIS, ArcGIS)相关经验优先考虑。
9.      如果具有数据库(MySql/Sqlite/…)方面经验优先考虑。
10.  如果具有Lucene/Solor或其他搜索引擎方面的经验优先考虑。
11.  如果具有AWS/Ali cloud经验优先考虑。
