Establish Production goals and strategies and manage and organize production accordingly.
Member of DEFA Technology management,
3. MAIN TASKS
? Supervise production department; organize and improve production processes to achieve high level performance in lead time, quality and cost
? Production Efficiency and Productivity
? Continuously improvement of Production Efficiency, Productivity, Product Quality, Work Methods, Production Employees skills etc.
? Training of Productionpersonnel
? Implement 5S in production line
? Leanproduction implementation
? Production safety
? Monitor the implementation of relevant the objective of environment, target and program.
? Operational responsible person for Logsitcs and Production
? Organize material and production plan management
? Warehouse management
? Other jobs.
4.1 REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL LEVEL OR CERTIFICATIONS
? Masters degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
4.2 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS TO PERFORM TASKS
Level 1 = Under training 25%
Level 2 = Can perform task, but need occasional support 50% Level 3= Can perform task independently 75%
Level 4 = Can train others 100%

Production
? 8 years of work experience in foreign invested manufacturing company
? 5years experience as a leader within Production area in Automotive business
? Logistcs management experience
? Work experience and understanding of manual high volume assembly work
? Work experience in many varieties of small batchmanufacture
 

Lean Manufacturing
? Strong knowledge on Lean manufacturing and methodology

Logistics management
? Experience in logistics is an advantage
