1.根据客户需要的织物效果设计相应工艺并打样，满足客户要求 。
2.了解活性、酸性，阳离子，分散染料的染色工艺和常用纺织助剂的应用。
3.熟悉实验室设备的操作，如测配色， 自动配色系统等。
4. 比较公司产品和竞争对手产品的各项性能及组合工艺效果，给出***解决方案，为销售提供技术支持。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，化工或染整专业优先；
2、二年及以上染整相关工作经验，熟悉实验室工作 ；
3、一定的英语读写能力，熟练使用办公软件。
4. 思路清晰，善于学习，对工作认真负责，有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，工作积极主动，头脑灵活，善于沟通、协调，具有团队合作精神。
