Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead on projects through test design and execution for online web based game platform and community features. Attend design reviews, creating and reviewing test plans, and ensuring that appropriate testing efforts are applied to new games and features.

Build a strong embedded team of QA Analyst focused on Defect prevention and quality improvement. Develop the best practice for manual and automated testing for pogo projects.

Utilize bug metrics, use tools to track & test qualify providing development with an in-depth analysis of risk-area.

Work with local and offshore counterparts, development partners to map out test cases, and ensure proper test coverage. Apply functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver high quality testing projects.

Recruit, mentor, and develop the talent, as well as conduct regular 1:1 meetings with them and work to maintain morale

Proactively collaborate with other disciplines (engineering team, dev& manager) to improve processes project wide. Drive, organize and/or Represent QA in meetings with local and offshore team, ensuring alignment as well as flagging risks to resources or project from development driven change.

Develop mitigation steps for identified risks, individually and with manager.

Exposure to strategic planning process. Contribute knowledge and insight into capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications:
Computer Science or Electronic Engineering background. 6 or more years of progressively software testing related experience, proven experience in project and/or test management. Game industry experience is a plus.
计算机相关专业背景毕业. 5年以上软件测试相关工作经验，有软件行业项目管理组长相关经验。

Proficient in software development and QA process. Agile/Scrum project hands-on experience is a must.
精通软件开发测试流程,有敏捷开发项目经验

Proficient in Automated Test Techniques/Practices on web or mobile based product. An understanding of Java/HTML/XML/SQL.
有自动化相关测试经验. 了解JAVA/HTML/XML 数据库相关知识

HTML5/Flash based web-game testing experience is a highly plus
有基于HTML5/Flash的网页游戏测试经验优先

Proficient in QA and software development management tools (Jira, Testrails, hansoft or equivalent tools)
精通软件开发管理和测试工具(Jira/Testrail或者类似工具)

Ability to recognize problems and apply creativity and lessons learned to solve problems.

Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective relationships across the organization、

Excellent written and fluent oral English skills. Experience in multinational enterprise is a plus.
