工作内容：
1、前台管理：安排前台工作班表，监督前台着装、仪表及出勤
管理前台各类物品并在每日营业结束后对物资进行盘点
检查各类营运报表的填写、录入情况，并及时上报和处理客户投诉
2、店长协助：协助店长达成营运目标
协助店长控制门店营运成本
协助店长完成工作成果报告、营运成果效益评估及部门年度计划编制
3、其它工作内容同前台/收银岗位工作内容
任职资格：
1、从事健身会所、酒店业或相关服务性行业1年及以上为佳
3、身体健康、五官端正，并持有健康证
4、具有较好的沟通能力、团队协作能力及一定的管理能力
5、高度的工作热情，良好的服务意识，坦诚自信，乐观进取
岗位发展：
1、职业晋升空间：营运主管→店长及以上管理岗位
2、岗位轮换途径：根据个人意愿、能力以及公司人员需求，可轮岗至营运部、销售部、教练部、总部等部门内相关职位
