a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

• 
  Experience in concepts and design of Body in White sheet metal parts and closures (doors, hood, trunk lid / tailgate, fuel filler flap) including sheet metal parts and components
  

• 
  Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
  

• 
  Good English skills, German is an add on, Chinese as mother tongue
  

• 
  Team player with good organization and problem solving skills
  

• 
  Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment
  

• 
  具有白车身钣金件或具有开闭件（门，引擎盖，行李舱盖，尾门，加油口盖概念及设计经验
  

• 
  熟悉汽车开发流程以及标准
  

• 
  具有良好的英语能力，会德语者优先考虑

  具有团队合作精神和良好的组织和解决问题的能力

  对国际化项目感兴趣并可灵活调动
  

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

• 
  Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering, Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience
  


• 
  4 years BIW working experience , familiar with BIW manufacture knowledge
  

• 
  Proficient in NX(UG), good skill in parameter modeling
  

• 
  Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  

• 
  机械工程本科或汽车工程硕士学历，技术人员或具有相关教育，培训或者工作经验人员
  

• 
  4年白车身或开闭件工作经验
  

• 
  熟练运用软件UNIGRAPHICS
  

• 
  会使用办公室软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

• 
  Design of 3D models with UG from the first concept to the final product according to functional, cost, quality and manufacturing requirements
  

• 
  Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals, FMEA, etc. according to customer or EDAG’s standard
  

• 
  Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions
  


• 
  All other tasks assigned by superior
  

• 
  根据部件的功能，成本，质量以及生产的要求，能运用UG从最初的概念到最终的产品进行3D模型设计
  


• 
  根据客户或爱达克的标准进行文件的编制，如材料清单，二维图纸，安装手册，FMEA等
  


• 
  协助项目经理完成技术文件，解决问题，提出建议
  


•
