职位描述：
1.负责组织、策划在线大讲堂活动，并分为各大领域属性之系列主题、属性营销与制作，及时组织并调整内容发展方向，提升会员使用活跃度。
2.负责会员相关推广活动之文案撰写；
3.负责自媒体的属性推广、维护、用户互动、会员热点事件追踪策划营销等；
4.对内容维护负责，过期与垃圾信息清理
5.负责内容推广，分析竞争对手，制定相应的有效策略并实施；

职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，具有相关工作经验；
2.喜欢英语教育，具备优秀的撰写能力，了解一线品牌文案特征。
3.了解社会化媒体营销的特点，对互联网热点有很强的敏感度
4.有对热门属性敏感与挖掘能力，并能组织并呈现；擅制造明星话题，引爆热点及如何和消费者的兴趣点进行对接；
5、良好的沟通能力，工作积极热情，责任心强，执行力强，有缜密的逻辑思维；
6.热爱互联网（移动互联网产品的重度使用者优先），熟悉网络新闻传播特性，知识面广，喜好阅读，好奇、有趣；

Job Responsbilities:
1. Organizing and planning online forum activity, and is divided into series of attribute of the subject, property marketing and production, timely organization and content of the adjustment of the direction of development, enhance member activity.
2 responsible for the promotion activities of the members of the copy writing;
3 responsible for the promotion and maintenance of media attributes, user interaction, membership marketing planning focus event tracking
4 responsible for the maintenance of content, expired and garbage information to clean up
5 responsible for the promotion, competitor analysis, formulate effective strategy and Implementation

Job Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above, with relevant working experience;
2 love English education, excellent writing ability, understand the characteristics of first-line brand copywriting
3 understand the characteristics of social media marketing, the internet hotspot has a strong sensitivity
4 has the ability to be sensitive and mining popular content, and can organize and present; good manufacturing star topic, detonated hot spots and how and consumer interest points for docking;
5, good communication skills, positive work enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, there is a careful logical thinking;
6 love the Internet (mobile Internet products, heavy user priority), familiar with the characteristics of network news dissemination, wide knowledge, like reading, curious, interesting;
