Import & Export Specialist 进出口专员
STABILUS is the world-market-leader for gas springs and dampers. Approx. 3.000 employees manufacture quality to the highest reliability standards in 11 plants around the world. Our products help to make automobiles, furniture, and machines safer and more comfortable.
As a globally operating company, we want to reaffirm and extend our position as world-market-leader.
To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a:
Import & Export Specialist for our plant in Changzhou (China)
Your duties:
-All the import & export goods customs and CIQ declaration.
所有进出口货物的报关,运输,商检工作；
-All the certification application.
相关免表、机电证、特定证的办理；
-Cooperation and communication with shippers, forwarders, customs, commodity inspection, customs broker and supervised warehouse closely, solve sudden problem happened during the process of import and export clearance, ensure cargoarrive in plant on time to meet the requirement of production.
与发货方、货代、海关、商检、报关行、监管仓库等部门紧密配合与沟通，解决在进出口通关过程中出现的突发问题，确保货物顺利、及时运抵工厂，满足生产的需要；
-All the customs required documents preparation and check.
进出口单证核对及准备工作；
-Documents sorting and filing.
进出口文件的整理及归档；
-Flow the law and policy of the government and fully responsible for the import, export, handbook related task.
遵守国家法律和制度，对进出口，手册相关事情负全责；
-Update government policies and regulations, such as China customs and CIQ, make sure that all SST’s business is complying with the latest government policy.
更新海关商检相关文件和政策；
-Apply for the expense of monthly clearance freight.
每月清关运输费用的申请；
-Statistics of monthly import & export statement.
统计每月的进出口报表；
-Implement the temporary work assigned by immediate superior.
完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。
Our requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-At least 3 years professional experience in import & Export field.
-Computer, software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge.
-In addition to a written and spoken command of Chinese, Written and Reading English is must, spoken is preferable.
-Good communication skill.
-Good team player and able to handle work independently.
-Self initiative and able to follow up assignment in details.
-Good personality, thorough and well focus on details.
-Proactive during his/her work.
