JOB OBJECTIVES:
To support the project team & EHS team regarding project approval & schedule.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To learn and study the management regulation, policy & approval procedures on the new project timely
及时收集了解项目申报相关政策、流程;
2. To be in charge of the project application on EHS relative sections, which includes the basic analysis, documents collection, edition, register, submitting and check
负责项目申报的全过程管理，包括立项分析、编写、送审、验收等;
3. To coordinate and support project managers & EHS manager on authority approval of the new projects, and establish & maintain good relationship and get more benefit
协助项目经理与安环保经理与政府部门建立并保持长期稳定的合作关系，为公司争取更多的利益;
4. Coordinate relevant parties to make sure the projects are executed as schedule
协调相关方保证项目按预定时间表执行;
5. To collect & archive the application & approval documents
项目申报材料的整理和归档;
6. To carry out the other tasks of EHS managers on the new projects
执行安环保经理安排的有关项目相关的任务

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College above, majored in engineering
2. At least three years’ experience on the project approval or management support to project manager on the chemical industrial project
3. Be good at Word, Excel, and Project
4. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
5. Be enthusiastic and motivated.
