职位要求和工作职责：
Job Requirements and Duties:

Reporting and routine responsibilities
？ Prepare the cash flow monthly analysis and rolling forecast
？ Documents financial transactions by day-to-day bookkeeping in SAP
？ Make reconciliation VAT invoice balance with SAP system
？ Take part in yearly warehouse stock take
？ Support Finance controller in preparation and coordination of financial audits, internal audits and other ad hoc.
？ Other assignment within accounting function

Management of CAPEX in Project
？ Update CAPEX budget
？ Compare CAPEX budget vs. Actual

 Management of fixed asset:
？ Asset booking including asset number create, transfer and disposal, invoice verification, run the monthly assets depreciation in SAP in line with PRC and IFRS GAAP,and asset KPI .
？ Tagged management of assets.
？ Organize yearly (Aug and Dec) physical inspection.
？ Reconcile the actual counted quantity with fixed assets registry with relevant department
？ Follow the group capex policy and optimize the local asset management procedure.
？ Reconcile the GL and Sub ledger on fixed assets
？ Set up asset management procedure
？ Prepare and send the asset overheads report to controlling




Education/ Experience
？ Bachelor degree above with major in accounting or relevant major in finance or economics
？ More than 5 years working experience with multinational company
？ Familiar with financial and tax regulations.


Qualification/ Skills

？ Assets management experience
？ SAP experience is must; familiar with FICO
？ Excellent excel and powerPoint skill;
？ Highly-motivated and a self-starter
？ Good team work, communication and interpersonal skill;
？ Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
