职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and QA
- Act as Vale representative in port for coordinate raw material import, BRBF blending operation and delivery; integrate relationship with port, cargo agency, ship agency, Third Party Company and BRBF Buyer etc.
- Notify blending vessel and cargo split to cargo agency, ship agency and port.
- Simulate and optimize blending instruction, issue notification to port.
- Follow and control BRBF blending operation progress, ensure the quality and quantity match Vale specification and plan. Coordinate corrective action if NCR identified.
- Follow BRBF delivery, coordinate BRBF Buyer, cargo agency and port, and ensure quantity and quality of each delivery order fulfilled. Coordinate Third Party Company to witness, sample and issue final certification.
- Keep monitor inventory for each port, consolidate inventory by type of product/raw material quarterly. Evaluate cargo loss and study continuous improvement with port.
- Tracking and monitoring the production system’s performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate the Vale Third Party Companies at site. Include sampling, topography survey and other related service. Evaluate the service quantity provided by the Third Party Company.
- Consolidate data and input to SAP system.
- Receive customers at site (port, stockyard).
- Arrange sample collection and delivery to steel mill client for sintering test.
- Analyze the complaint from customers and study related solution with port.
- Survey and coordinate complain if contamination identified in cargo.
- Market intelligence about iron ore business.
- Collect information and report to main office.
- Doing on-call duty whenever necessary.
- Other duties may assigned on case-by-case basis.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION
- Education: Technical Educational Background.
- Experience: min 5 years in similar fields.
- Knowledge and experience: port operations, bulk material handling, iron ore, SAP, Microsoft Office
- Soft-skills: relationship building, self-driven, Independent, learning, practical person, leadership abilities.
- Local resident in Qingdao or Dalian, Availability to work in several ports of same region.
