Tasks and responsibilities
? To take care of the supplier balances and to trace and solve possible differences
? Support season end deals with suppliers and archiving
? Signaling irregularities in ERP system
? To support the traders and the headquarters in The Netherlands
? Report damaged goods at the insurance company and managing the insurance files
? Management and control on trade specifications
? Management and filing of claims
? Updating supplier/client factsheets
? To take care of the financial margin reports
? To take care of supplier payment updates
? Administrative settlement of commercial activities
? Ensure timely information to internal and external parties
? To take care of an efficient and effective administrative process
? Process optimal isation by an optimal document flow
? Act in case of deviations and solve problems
Complexity
? Operational function, aimed to facilitate and optimize the connection in between the commercial and the financial process
? Broad view on the commercial- and financial processes
? Broad knowledge of Purchase Order administration
? To initiate and coordinate an optimal cooperation concerning the financial processing of commercial activities
? Switches regularly between tasks, also caused by questions of suppliers, clients and colleagues
? Accuracy demanded in contacts with parties
? Common problems demand commercial insight
