JOB SUMMARY 职位概要
Manage all the sections under this function such as Bio-medical maintenance and others, to ensure Hospital requirements are met. To direct and co-ordinate overall activities of department to plants relative to the physical wellbeing and performance of the property. Responsible for the entire operation, staff and equipment of department. Provides leadership and mentors department staffs in their responses to day-to-day operational issues. Interpret policies and objectives of hospital to staff.
依照医院的要求，负责管理医院的医疗设备维护，协助其他设备维护维修工作等等；组织并协调医疗设备维护部的各项活动，目标为确保医院内各种医疗设备和设施的安全运行。对整个部门运作、员工及装备负有责任；对于部门日常运作提供指导和监管，向部门员工解释医院政策和目标。

ESSENTIAL MANAGEMENT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责
1. Develops departmental goals and objectives and medical equipment maintenance plan
制定部门工作目标和目的，以及医疗设备维护管理计划
2. Delegate to supervise all department supervisors, and assist them in preparing work plan
委派并监督本部门内所有管理人员，同时帮助他们制定工作计划
3. To ensure that all local and national statutory regulations pertaining to engineering practices and related codes, as well as employment practices are adhered and compliance.
保证部门工作符合当地和国家工程规定，并保证规定的职工准则在工作中得到坚持和执行。
4. To ensure effective communication between the management and the department and to provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to hospital management to assist in formulating strategic goals and plan.
保证管理层和部门间有良好的沟通以及在工程方面向医院管理层提供专业的，建设性的意见确保完成医院的战略目标和计划。
5. To establish and maintain good working relation with local contractors who will provide repair and maintenance service especially during emergency breakdown of the system.
与当地设备售后服务保持和建立良好关系，特别是在发生紧急情况时，能够得到技术支援。
6. To ensure and maintain organizational structure, job descriptions and standards & procedures for the department and to update and review annually.
确保部门人员构成，工作职责，工作标准和程序。并每年进行一次回顾和更新。
7. To recruit, institute and develop training programs for all associates.
聘任，决定和对员工进行专业培训。
8. To supervise, evaluate associates performance.
管理和评估员工。
9. To implement appropriate management practices that promotes associates motivation and communication.
增强管理技巧以便激励员工工作情绪和增加内部沟通。
10. To prepare and manage a cost effective operating budget to cover cost of all maintenance, utilities within the financial parameters set down by the departmental budget.
按照部门预算合理准备和管理实际工程和设备维修运行的费用。
11. Made recommendation to management a special capital budget to include all changes, replacement and upgrade of equipment required.
在进行固定资产预算时，向管理层提出建议包括改进，更换和对设备进行升级。
12. To monitor, control and track all operating expenses and analyses budget variations and made remedial action.
管理，控制和跟进部门运行成本，并分析预算差距及时采取整改措施。
13. To develop, implement and maintain work order system to address routine repairs. Work order procedures developed must address requesting work, reporting work, recording, assignment planning, scheduling, execution, follow up, cost center accounting, communication / feedback of work done and historical record keeping.
建立、执行和完善维修工作程序确保日常维修工作的顺利进行。维修工作程序包括申请、报告、分配、时间安排、跟进、成本计算、沟通/回馈和维修记录保存。
14. To maintain up to date records on preventive maintenance programs pertaining to all bio-medical systems, plants and equipment.
保存对各个系统和设备进行维护的最新记录。
15. To maintain an inventory control system of spare parts and supplies so as to allow for procurement of parts with adequate lead times with adequate minimum inventory stock levels to minimum down time and economical prices.

16. To develop, implement and maintain energy conservation, tracking program so as to minimum utility expenses.

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards.
