Position description:

1.Responsible for each type of local certifications related issues.

2.Lead the team to prepare the relevant documentation for certification and test the units before send to certification lab to ensure the certification can be successful smoothly.

3.Coordinate with China government for certification related issurs and bring/training the requirements to factory.

4.Responsible for internal audit and prepare necessary paper work for local certificate body site audit.

5.Coordinate with ME/REC/Production for the quality issues during testing and feedback from CB.

6.Lead the corrective actions for the local certificate body findings.

7.Direct OQC operators for the special calibration and test requirements from the local government.

8.Train the operators both FQC and OQC for the operating processes for the local certified products.

9.Conduct internal audit and corrective actions to ensure the CB plant audit can be successful.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in: Electric/Testing/Instrument/components or relevant technical discipline.

2.5 years experience in electronics company and 3 years in testing/lab or China certifications.

3.Strong communication/coordination capability with local governments and certificate bodies.

4.Good practice on testingand documentation.

5.Good command in English and PC operation.

6.Be familiar with ISO9000 system.

7.Knowledge or measuring metrology and quality tools in a plus.
