Key Responsibilities：
1、负责外商投资企业，中外合资企业，外国企业代表处或零售分公司的设立；公司章程、合资合同等的起草。
Responsible for setting up foreign-invested enterprises, joint ventures, representative offices or retail branches of foreign companies. Drafting of Articles of Association and Joint Venture contracts.
2、根据客户需要,变更法定代表人、企业名称、注册资本、投资者名称、投资方股权、经营范围、董事会成员或监事的变更。
According to client’s demand, changing its legal representative, company name, registered capital, investor name, investor equity, business scope, board members or supervisors etc.
3、外企的年报和注销。
Responsible for the annual reporting and de-registration of FIEs;
4、收集、整理、分析材料并转递专员向有关政府部门递交。
Collecting, organizing and analyzing the materials before submission to the relevant authorities.
5、与部门经理以及各部门有效沟通，及时将工作进程对经理进行汇报
Effective communication with corporate service manager and each department, timely reporting work processes to corporate service manager.
6、协助团队日常管理，制定团队内部管理措施、规范及业务流程，并在日常工作中监督流程的运行结果及质量，不断充实及完善流程；
Assisting the daily team management, formulating internal management measures, regulations and business processes, supervising the operating results and the quality of in the daily work processes, and constantly enrich and improve the work flow.

岗位资格：Job Requirements：
1、 大专以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above.
2、 熟练的英语交流能力（听、说、读、写）；
Be efficient in spoken and written English;
3、 3~5年左右相关领域工作经验；
3 to 5 years working experiences in related field.
4、 工作认真负责，对工作抱有热情，并能足智多谋；
Dedicated, passionate and resourceful;
5、 团队组织能力强，能很好的和上级下级进行沟通；
Good team working spirit, good communication skills with superior and subordinate.
6、 具备良好的职业素养，抗压力强；
Good professional spirit, can work under pressure. 

 7. 法律专业优先考虑。

Legal major or background preferred.
