Position description, include duties & responsibilities (continue on attachment):

1. Development of new gas sensors

2. To use, utilize and understand ideation tools and create and implement new ideas. Demonstrates strong capability to initiate and propose new application, design, research ideas in application development.

3. Feasibility study of new gas detecting technology; Improvement of present gas sensors;

4. Write documents including: feasibility report, test report, evaluation report, verification report , application notes, etc.

5. Communicate with marketing, manufactory group and instrument developing group.

6. Share knowledge with other colleagues.

Qualifications: education, years of experience, skills (continue on attachment)

1. A Master or Ph.D in physics or optic science, electronics, signal process or relevant subject.

2. Relevant working experience is preferred, 5 yrs more Masters or 3 yrs more experience Ph.D in optics gas sensor Engineering, Industry Design.

3. Strong ability to lead and deliver results within a matrix team environment.

4. Solid understanding in NDIR principle, physics science, math, statistics theory .

5. Successful track record of developing and executing strategic product and/or marketing plans

6. Understanding of experiment method design and development.

7. Motivated, self starter able to work remotely and independently.

8. Capability of fast studying new technologies.

9. Creative, critical thinker, good problem-solving and facilitation skills

10. Good English speaking and writing as well as good communication and coordination skill
