职位描述：
任职要求：
1、 大专毕业，有3年以上总务工作经验。
2、 有办公室装修经验，对办公室空调等设备有一定了解。
3、 有车辆年检安排等管理经验。
4、 有较好的与厂商沟通能力，可以很好的完成业务单位需求的配件采购任务。
5、 负责公司生产之辅料的采购工作。
6、 沟通能力强，有很好的敬业度和服务精神。
职能：
1. 配件厂商开发，以避免配件采购之厂商，因由单一厂商提供而造成供应垄断及无法比较之风险；以降低采购成本及配件原物料之正常供应。
2. 持续开发业务配件相关或办公室行政相关新厂商，并储备厂商。以避免厂商因无法承包公司之案件，而造成之施工延迟，进而造成客户对公司的满意度降低。
3. 办公室及厂区之维护，以提供公司同仁舒适之工作环境，进而提升员工对公司的满意度。
4. 审核各单位之杂项请购内容是否有无异常，如发现不合理之处，应予以了解或退回请购单。以避免公司不必要之浪费。 举报 分享
