OVERALL OBJECTIVES
? Develop seasonal and monthly training and material based on business request(wholesale/retail)
? Conduct and manage TTT programs for dealer’s trainer
? Customized support to develop KA dealer’s training teams
? E-learning initiative
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
? Define strategic training plans according to company business objectives and direction.
? Drive and manage national training programs & operations.
? Contribute to function initiatives, e.g. MSP, retail excellence program, product promotions, sales initiates;
? Lead training team to maintain the operational quality of existing training system and keep perusing the higher level refinement.
? Providing targeted management guidance to ECCO retail training team and franchisee training teams to achieve the training objectives.
? Lead the training team to diagnose store staff developing needs and design tailor-made training courses to effectively support the store performance growing.
? Define coaching strategy based on market status and sales performance. Keep providing efficient field guidance support, also the coaching skill enhancement to both training and operation teams.
? Be responsible for customizing training materials to meet the local market needs via working together with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales & Retail Operations in the aspects of product & promotions, selling techniques, consumer experience and retail management.
? Enhancing training team expertise and helping each individual grow up in various developmental activities.
? Effectively managing the training cost and budget planning to support the smooth training system operation.
TASKS
? In-season product training materials &toolkit
? Annually, Quarterly, Monthly training plan
? Training performance tracking & evaluation system
? Mystery Shopping Program to improve consumer service level
? Build E-leaning platform
REQUIREMENTS
Education
? Bachelor's Degree
Experience
? Minimum 4-5 years of retail training experiences in brand companies,
? Experience of working with Dealer partnership
? Ability of design training items and delivery of training
? Strong analyses and reporting skills
? Strong Project Management Skills
? Open-minded
? excellence organizational skills
? Good interpersonal skill
Mobility/Travel
? Suitable for business travel
Language and Office software skills
? Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken), all the better
? Excel ,PowerPoint – advanced
