职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
- Optimize vendor base, especially major commodities(includes Carpentry, AV, etc.,)
- Manage and develop the existing and potential supplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List
- Research, evaluate and propose suppliers for key commodity, develop and optimize supplier data base
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers; prepare price comparisons; cost saving budgeting;
- Build and maintain cost structure for responsible commodity
- Complete frame contracts signature for responsible commodity
- Develop and recommend new material/equipment for stakeholder
- Monitor vendor quality performance, drive supplier continual improvement and verify improvement effectiveness

Qualification:
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years purchasing experience
- Event industry background is preferred, or PR/Ads background are acceptable
- Able to demonstrate success and experience about managing suppliers and contracts
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure; Flexible, patient and solution-focused, open and outgoing personality 举报 分享
