职位描述：
- Leading and driving the Quality improvement process and system to enhance customer satisfaction with product and performance in WVCS
- Responsible for register, obtain and maintain the certification and license, including ISO9001 certificate, ASME UV/API/PED certificate and local manufacturing license-TS certification; receive the audit and assessment of Notify Bodies/third parties or customers.
- Responsible for supplier quality management, quality improvement and new supplier quality approval and development.
- Handle customer complaints. In charge of driving quality issues continuously improve to stabilize and improve the process quality capability/level.
- Management of welding, NDE and Quality lab and measurement devices.
- Collect and provide the data of suppliers/processes/customers to the managements to help them make the decisions.
- Generate the corrective action requests/drive 5 why culture and follow up the results.
- Manage quality engineers to implement new product development process and to improve supplier/process quality, delivery and performance
- Lead QC team (IQC/IPQC/OQC) inspection activities and evaluate QC team performance
- Responsible for Quality function team management and cross function’s coordination.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in above majoring in Mechanical Technology, or other related.
- At least 10 years working experience in Quality of multi-national business companies, with at least 3 years in managerial level. Experience in valve/pump/heavy equipment manufacturing industry will be a plus.
- Familiar with ISO9000 serial standards, ASME, TS, API and PED requirements; familiar with the international and national laws and regulations on pressure valves manufacturing.
- Good practice on QC tools, 8D, FMEA, control plan, APQP, PPAP,
- Proven experience in supplier management/quality system audits and process audits/customer complaint handle
- High level negotiation and influencing skills
- Prompt in response and willing to serve the company in a professional manner
- Strong leadership, team work, project management & organization skills
- Knowledge of casting, forging and machining, heat treatment, welding and NDE works preferred
- Six sigma GB/BB or certified quality engineer/manager preferred
- Strong fluency (oral and written) in both Mandarin and English
- Good knowledge of PC Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc.) 举报 分享
