职位描述：
1） Understand the technical requirement, prepare sourcing documentation
理解技术要求，准备采购文件
2） Sourcing and collect quotations from different suppliers timely.
及时寻找不同的供应商，并寻价。
3） Analyze and Negotiate price with suppliers.
分析报价，与供应商谈判
4） Checking and clarify the technical issues
核查，澄清技术问题
5） Place PO in Cloud to suppliers and ensure the supplier acknowledge the PO in time.
在金蝶系统中向供应商下采购订单，并确保供应商理解订单内容。
6） Follow up and monitor supplier delivery status, put all the data in Cloud system on time; hand over all the invoice in one week, after stock in and received invoice;
跟踪和监督供应商交货状态,及时在金蝶系统中更新状态。在收到供应商发票1周之内递交合格的发票。

7）Production Plan as well as relative matters
生产计划相关工作

8）Fulfill the other task arranged by Operation manager.
完成运营经理布置的其它相关工作

岗位要求：
1) similar purchasing goods background, knowing well the suppliers resource in electric connection market;
同类产品采购经验；熟悉电子电气供应资源；
so Bachelor degree, major in Electronic / Mechanical or related area;
本科，电子、机械；
2) Over 3 years purchasing experience in manufacturing; knowing well the purchasing process;
具备制造业3年以上采购方面工作经验;
3） Good negotiation and communication skills & experience
良好的谈判及沟技巧/经验
4) Familiar with quality system ISO9001，and the relating international standard
熟悉ISO9001质量体系和通行的相关国际标准;
5) Team player
有团队合作及吃苦耐劳的精神
