Strong knowledge of all accounting and Chinese tax fields
3 years experience in Finance – Accounting
English is required
Analysis and synthesis skill
Rigorous
Strong Xls skills
Communication skills
Experience on SAP is highly preferable

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
? A/R Accounting
1. Responsible for the preparation of the invoicing (trade & non trade)
2. Responsible for recording receivables in SAP (invoices / payments)
3. Follow-up of receivables
4. Handle other receivables

? GL Accounting
1. Perform adjustments in accounting, register Salary items,
2. Perform PRC reporting & handle Yearly financial statement preparation

? Cashier
1. Handle bank relationship
2. Manage Cash
3. Perform bank reconciliation
4. Perform payments, incl. abroad payments
5. Perform Cash reporting
6. Handle foreign exchange clearance of the receivings

? Improvement projects
1. Formalise & update procedures for all tasks
2. Continuous improvement regarding processes

? Legal coordinator
1. Manage follow up and renewal of licences / certificates
2. Help to monitor and applicate new regulations 举报 分享
