Key responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities for CSR/Sustainability Communications
?CSR/Sustainability Com planning for China and Asia Pacific
?Execution of CSR programs: Child Safety Seats and Volvo Care Centres
?Alignment & Publishing of Volvo Corporate Sustainability Annual Report
?Communicating Volvo’s Sustainability strategy to key stakeholders, including gov’t, media, employees
?Communicating Volvo’s CSR programs to media
?Work with CRM to mobilize Volvo dealers and car owners to participate in CSR programs
?Work with HR/Union to engage employees on attending/supporting CSR programs as Volunteers
Main Responsibilities for Internal Communications
?Housekeep APAC intranet, including daily contact with APAC PR-managers and edit and publish news on intranet
?Plan, write and maintain current WeChat news flow
?Work with VCC to translate/proofread/distribute Agenda magazine articles
?Run internal communication editorial meetings and provide support to plant communicators
?Work as a “corporate communication business partner (CC BP)” to support HR/Union/IR etc, including content sign-off, branding clearance etc
?Conduct more “internal marketing” work for corporate/MKT campaigns, including editorial development, layout design, timely distribution to motivate and engage employees
?Do more internal in-depth interviews to capture Volvo people’s passion using TV/audio
?Preparation works for move into Volvo Cars APAC Headquarters
?Conduct regular internal surveys to understand the workforce
?Key Performance Measurement :
?Yearly and Quarterly communication planning;
?Successful engagement of dealers and employees by number and frequency
?OHI and GPS survey satisfaction rate
?Completion of all planned projects for CSR/Internal Communications with good assessment KPIs;
Qualification:
?Bachelor degree or above, preferably in communications, business administration or Journalism;
?Experience Required:
(1)6 years plus working experiences in corporate communications, at least 3 years with multinational corporation or fast moving consumers goods or digital comm companies;
(2)3 years plus in CSR/Sustainability communications and employee communications areas;
?Mature, proactive, independent, results-driven and teamwork spirit;
?Strong oral, editing and written skills both in Chinese and English
?Strong Ability to align and work with other teams;
