Lead and execute major Chinese and/or global aerospace projects
Develop new technologies to support the rapid growth of the aerospace industry

YOU WILL BE
Leading and executing a clear, consistent voice on end-to-end user experience design on major Aero projects and services, working with other HUE design leads across the Aero businesses and with our network of external design partners
Conducting user research activities such as customer journey, touch point analysis, observational studies etc.
Contributing to best practices for user experience design throughout the product development process
Delivering the best in class user-centered design result through interaction design, visual design and fast prototyping
Collaborating with other HUE disciplines, including graphic designers, interaction designers, and usability specialists in nurturing a world-class organization
Collaborating with design leaders to define roadmaps for next generation user experiences and design strategies
Partnering with our ePresence team to create a branded, seamless experience on our customer portals and channel websites.
Applying expert knowledge of User Experience discipline and Honeywell/Industry standards, processes and tools in order to complete and ensure compliance of various projects

YOU SHOULD HAVE
Passion about aerospace!
Bachelor or Master degree (preferred) with a background in User Experience design / Industrial design / Human Factors, or an equivalent combination of education
Strong portfolio of applying user-centered design practices in product development
5+ years experience in hardware/software UX design, working experience in automotive, aerospace industries would be a plus
Practical experience in combination with user experience studies, user centered design, human factors research is a significant plus
Demonstrable multiple user experience design skills e.g., customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design, wireframing, visual design, low to high-fidelity prototyping etc.
Fluency with design and prototyping tools, e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, Adobe Design Suite etc.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good written and oral English
Ability to work in team environments (both as a contributor and a leader)
